At Kamarajar School, our school timings are thoughtfully designed to ensure a balanced day of academic learning, co-curricular activities, and adequate rest for every student. We follow a routine that promotes discipline, consistency, and student well-being.

Regular School Hours
  • Monday to Friday
    8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
  • Saturday (for select grades, activities, or exams)
    8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Note: Saturdays are generally reserved for enrichment activities, club events, parent meetings, or special classes. Prior notice will be given.

Arrival & Dispersal
  • Students must arrive at school by 8:40 a.m.
  • Dispersal begins promptly at 3:45 p.m.
  • Transport services will operate as per the school bell schedule.
Special Sessions
  • Morning Assembly:8:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
  • Zero Period (Value Education/Reading Time):Weekly, grade-wise
  • Remedial/Special Coaching: Scheduled after hours with parent consent
Punctuality & Attendance
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for academic progress and discipline.
  • Students arriving after 8:45 a.m. will be marked late and may require a written explanation from parents.
